Window and Door Sales Specialist "Unlock Your Earning Potential: Join Our Team as a Window and Door Specialist in Baltimore, MD!"

$50,000-$60,000 Salary “unlimited commission”

 Join our client, a prestigious fifth-generation family-owned building material supplier in Baltimore, MD, as a Window and Door Specialist and unlock unlimited earning potential! We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to sell Marvin and Jeld-Wen Window and Door products. Your excellent communication skills will be key in conveying clear messaging to clients. This position provides an ambitious individual they ability to make a lot of money... sell more... make more! Key Responsibilities: 
  • Forge and nurture relationships with builders, remodelers, and architects.
  • Provide timely follow-up and creative problem-solving to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Lead the sales process from blueprint takeoff to project completion.
  • Keep abreast of cutting-edge products from Marvin and Jeld-Wen through ongoing education and training.
  • Represent the company at local trade shows and associations.
  • Travel daily within a 60-mile radius of Baltimore City.
Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with innovative thinking.
  • Organizational skills, intuition, and reasoning abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in outside sales or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the building industry highly desirable.
