Insurance Disbursement Administrator

A company in Bethesda, MD is looking for an Insurance Disbursement Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary to hire contract and the pay rate is $24-27 per hour, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administrative skills along with experience processing payments and managing invoices. This position will be fully onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain reports
• Obtain invoices and paid receipts for loans
• Update information in servicing system
• Collaborate with Insurance Analysts and Loan Administrators for resolving escrow issues
• Process insurance premium disbursements and insurance claim payments daily
• Process reimbursements
• Complete general administrative tasks such as data entry, mail, document management, support special projects
• Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years invoice processing and administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to commercial insurance coverage is a plus but not required- Property (including Flood, Wind) and General Liability (including Workers Compensation) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, through all levels of the organization
