Front-of-House Management ( Bar Manager/ Floor) : The front-of-house management is responsible for managing the building operations and customer service operations.
Their duties include:
Supervising All FOH Staff( Host, Food Runner, Bar-back, Bartender/Server.
Managing reservations and seating through scheduling.
Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the Dining area and service areas.
Training and supervising staff.
Monitoring inventory - ( Beer, Wine, & Liquor)
Ordering supplies
Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulations.
Handling customer complaints and requests.
