Weare looking to hire a Customer Retention Specialist. The main function of this manager is to work withall REFUNDS and DROP OUT cases (students who stopped paying buthave not submitted any returnrequest).

Whatyou will do : :

  • Reach out to customerspromptly following SLA standards.
  • Ensurecommitment to each customer for achieving desiredoutcomes.
  • Assign a dedicated manager to handlecommunication with each customer.
  • Share dailyreports on worked cases to enhance departmentalprocesses.
  • Log all caserelated detailsaccurately in the CRM system.
  • Document providedsolutions in Hubspot and direct them to relevant departments viaJira.
  • Use company resources exclusively forcommunication purposes.
  • Maintain communicationstandards for all customerinteractions.
  • Continuously refine communicationskills based on feedback for betteroutcomes.
  • Ensure critical information exchangebetween crisis managers and other departments regarding studentagreements.

Requirements :

  • Advanced level ofEnglish (C1) and Spanish (C1).
  • High listeningskills (every detail mentioned in the conversation with the clientmatters).
  • Excellent level of argumentation andconviction.
  • At a minimum experience in thesales sector is required to be able to structure the conversationwith customers.
  • High level of problemsolving.
  • Ability to work withobjections.
  • Ability to work with emotions(emotional intelligence).
  • A generalunderstanding of the EdTechindustry.

Niceto have :

  • Workexperience in a help desk call center and / or professions related tocustomer service.
  • Portugueseknowledge.
