Prepare documents for scanning.
* Will meet agreed upon productivity standards.
* Will log every employee file that was prepared. Will remove all staples from all records.
* Will tape all loose items on all records. Will remove all hanging chads from punch holes.
* Will unbend any folded corners on documents.
* Will mark poor quality documents with the "best available copy".
* Will ensure that every page belongs to appropriate record category or given to appropriate Department who has ownership of record.
* Will ensure that documents are separated properly according to Personnel File Prep Checklist.
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks
Pay: $24.12 per hour
