Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Driver's Helper. As a Driver's Helper, you will assist our drivers in the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver with loading and unloading goods onto the delivery vehicle
- Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
- Follow delivery routes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Communicate effectively with the driver and customers regarding delivery instructions or any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and team members
- Mechanical knowledge to assist with loading and unloading goods safely
- Familiarity with route driving to ensure efficient navigation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with paratransit, tractor-trailer, delivery driver, heavy equipment operation, dump truck, or freight is a plus
