Construction Superintendent

Triple Mint has an opening for a Hotel Construction Superintendent with experience in managing multiple renovation projects. The expected start date is June 2024. We are a rapidly growing National General Contractor who specializes in hotel renovations.

Superintendent's responsibilities shall include:

• Travel to job site and provide day-to-day leadership until job is complete
• Direct supervision of field work performed by our employees and subcontractors
• Overseeing Quality Control of all work performed
• Ability to be hands on and if short staffed or deadline is approaching
• Assuring conformity to plans and specifications
• Coordinating and accepting material deliveries to job site
• Ensuring that project is progressing per schedule
• Resolve all on-site conflicts, issues and problems that may arise
• Communicating with Project Managers and Project Controllers
• Utilize cloud based software for creating daily logs and photos that outline activities in the field

A successful Candidate shall be well versed in reading renovation and design plans. Have a strong ability to oversee multiple sub contractors in a fast paced work environment and be able to supervise the project from beginning to end

Qualifications Required:

• Authorized to work in the United State
• Have a current driver's license
• Spanish speaking proficiency
• Commercial and or Residential construction experience
• Well rounded knowledge of construction practices
• Minimum of 7 years experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Minimum of 5 years in hotel, hospital, airport construction.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Experience with Cloud based Project Management Software
• Ability to work days or night shifts as necessary
• Strong ability to read renovation/design plans and reiterate work goals to subcontractors
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• This position requires standing, walking, and sitting while working either indoors or outdoors.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
