**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Leadman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction areas such as frame carpentry, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, flooring installation, painting, deck porch and fence building. If you have a passion for building and restoring structures, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and coordinate construction projects

- Lead a team of construction workers

- Perform frame carpentry, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, flooring, painting, deck porch and fence building

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Maintain a safe work environment

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a leadman or similar role in the construction industry

- Proficiency in various construction tasks including frame carpentry, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, flooring, painting, deck porch and fence building

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Certification or training in carpentry or related field is a plus
