**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman/Leadman to join our team. The Leadman will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and doing construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and lead construction crew members on-site

- Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources effectively

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

- Utilize hand tools and equipment proficiently

- Conduct flooring, cabinet, trim carpentry, painting, deck, porches, and fence installations

- Assist in construction estimating and project planning

- Manage construction materials inventory

- Provide guidance on construction techniques and best practices

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in construction management

- Proficiency in cabinet, drywall, trim carpentry, painting, flooring, decks, porches, and fence installations and the use of hand tools

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
