Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's objectives and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR programs.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent across all locations.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Oversee the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to promote professional development and career advancement.
  • Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct salary surveys and bench marking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
HR Administration:
  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all HR-related documentation and records.
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to minimize legal risks and liabilities.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HR policies and practices.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
