Position: Service Department Manager

Location: San Jose, CA 95112

Compensation: $110,000-$180,000

TRIO Heating & Air

Responsibilities that Define Success:

• Lead and manage a team of skilled service technicians to ensure top-notch service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, and sales manager to meet company goals.
• Set expectations for service appointments, safety, and industry compliance.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance technical skills and ensure service excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate technician performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Manage and control job expenses to meet budgetary requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven track record in HVAC service, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse projects.
• Motivated, flexible, and positive attitude.
• Familiarity with operational processes, data analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• CDL and EPA Certification required.
