Position: Facility Maintenance and Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Graveyard Shift)

Are you a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a functional and organized workspace? If so, TRIO Heating & Air has a fantastic opportunity for you! We're looking for a Facility Maintenance and Support Specialist to help ensure our company premises remain in top-notch condition.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable work environment for our team. Your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks will include:

• Maintaining common areas, handling waste, and managing supplies.
• Tackling outdoor maintenance and pest control as required.
• Conducting cleaning tasks to ensure a pleasant workspace.
• Keeping appliances and equipment in good working condition.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in common fridges.
• Ensuring a pleasant atmosphere in the workspace.
• Monitoring the notice board for important notices.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient work environment by clearing trash, organizing materials, and cleaning install department vehicles.
• Help keep our operations smooth by filling boxes and recording inventory.
• Ensure company vehicles are ready for daily use by refueling, performing basic checks, and cleaning them to maintain their appearance.
