Job Description

The Upper School at Trinity Valley School:

The TVS Upper School celebrates the importance of the high school experience in setting young people on the path to lives of purpose and fulfillment in adulthood, and it values all aspects of the breadth and depth of that experience. Students are challenged appropriately in their academic, co-curricular, and social/interpersonal lives, yet supported through the inevitable challenges they face by a caring and professional faculty. As we define success far more broadly than by college matriculation alone, students are encouraged and empowered to participate widely, deeply, and authentically, with a focus on the development of personal and collaborative skills.

Accordingly, the school seeks candidates who love working with upper schoolers and who place students at the heart of their instructional and administrative practice.
