Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, installing, operating, testing, and maintaining audio and video equipment for various events and functions.

Responsibilities:

- Install and configure audio and video equipment such as projectors, microphones, speakers, video screens, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, soundboards, and control consoles.
- Set up and operate audio and video systems for Sunday services and as needed (for additional pay) for events including special services and holidays, meetings, conferences, or presentations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with audio visual systems and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain and repair audio visual equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the worship team to determine their audio visual needs and provide technical support during services and events.

Skills:

- Proficiency in low voltage systems installation.
- Ability to maintain audio visual equipment in good working condition.
- Experience in field service for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to audio visual equipment.
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for audio visual setups.
- Strong software troubleshooting skills related to audio visual systems.
- Understanding of E I (Electrical Instrumentation) principles.

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
