The Payroll Associate will be responsible for a full-cycle payroll system as well as working on other special projects as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Payroll Manager.
-
Conduct payroll functions including but not limited to reporting, commissions, processing new hires, processing terminations, garnishments, etc.

Coordinate with appropriate parties to enable the processing of payroll.

Utilize Paycom and other specified databases.
-
Handle all payroll related inquiries from outside departments and employees.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Excellent working knowledge of US Federal, State and Local payroll laws and regulations.

Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
-
Exemplary interpersonal skills.
-
Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritizing skills.
-
Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to handle a high-volume workload.
-
3-5 years payroll processing experience.
-
Paycom Payroll software experience is a plus.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
