LPN Charge Nurse (Night & Evening Shifts)

Immediate fill for an LPN Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team and become a part of our compassionate care culture. As an LPN Charge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, well-being, and happiness of our Elders while supervising and supporting a group of healthcare team members.

The ideal candidate will hold a current LPN license and possess strong clinical skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating Elder care, leading a team of dedicated nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties include overseeing nursing protocols, addressing Elders' needs, managing staffing and scheduling, and promoting a positive work environment. Additionally, the Charge Nurse will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes for our Elders and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
