WE are seeking for motivated ACQUISITIONS MANAGERS to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for technology sales.

• It’s an In-house Office position.
• 100K plus per year in potential compensation.
• SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!!
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends Off

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales
• Excellent research and analytic skills.
• Good background in negotiations and contracts.
• Interest in both residential and commercial real estate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Team player willing to mentor and support the growth of others.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Making outbound calls and building rapport with distressed sellers over the phone.
• Overcoming objections and setting appointments when possible.
• Identify properties/land that fit our criteria for acquisition.
• Negotiate and acquire properties/land.
• Establish relationships with sellers, buyers, and agents
• Monitor/track all acquisition phases.
• Learn and adhere to established processes and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of real estate transaction documents.

COMPENSATION: (Commission Only)

• 15% -20% Commission
