Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in managing our financial transactions and keeping our books up-to-date.
Duties:
Provide bookkeeping services:
1) Accounts payable and receivable with supporting documentation
2) General ledger
3) Monthly income and expense statement
4) Bank accounts
5) Investment and other special accounts
6) Tax reporting as required
Coordinate with Church Treasurer on financial areas, including but not limited to:
