Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling as needed.
Monday to Thursday, 8:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Fridays, 8:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. through August 30.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) desired.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
