Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Department: Planning
Location: Breinigsville, PA

JOB IS ONSITE AND LOCATED IN BREINIGSVILLE, PA.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST PASS A DRUG TEST PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research potential vendors
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Prepare cost analyses
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Lookups
- Strong organizational skills

Education and Experience:
- Background / experience in purchasing / supply chain management is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is welcome, but not required.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
