Trinity Electric is Hiring an Experienced Electrical Foreman Near New York, NY

Busy Electrical company specializing in residential and mainly commercial work in New York City & Westchester County currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Electrical Foreman with experience to manage small crews and jobs.

Compensation:$35-50/Hour Depending on Experience

**Must be able to work overtime when required** Some Saturdays required

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate ranging from $35 to $50, depending on experience
  • Overtime pay will be provided
  • **Must be available to work overtime as required**
  • *Some Saturdays may be required*

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrical foreman, demonstrating the ability to manage a team
  • OSHA Certificate/Training
  • SST Card (Site Safety Training)
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints
  • Familiarity with the NEC and the ability to apply its requirements to work conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee small crews and jobs on residential and commercial projects
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and lead by example
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to schedule
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately
  • Apply working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) to work conditions
  • Keep the team motivated and productive
  • Train and mentor team members with less experience
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while working collaboratively with the team
  • Possess good time management skills and a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
