Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing an exceptional first impression that sets the tone for their dining experience.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, taking into account their preferences and any special requests.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our menu offerings, including our selection of steaks, BBQ specialties, and accompanying sides.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary requirements and preferences are communicated clearly to the kitchen team.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional service to guests.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $20.46 - $22.23 per hour
