Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes tractor-powered mowing equipment. Your Role:

You will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations. In this integral position, you will assemble parts, pieces and/or products using a variety of tools and/or equipment according to required specifications, processes, and procedures in an area of production in a manufacturing environment. Your contributions will directly impact on our ability to meet production targets, minimize downtime, and deliver high-quality products to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to efficiently assemble various mower models.

· Installing and securing mechanical components, ensuring proper fit and function.

· Verifying part integrity and completing quality checks at designated points.

· Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

· All other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

· A strong mechanical aptitude with previous experience in mechanical assembly.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.

· Ability to lift & move heavy objects and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

· Detailed work requiring continuous fine motor skills and repetitive motion.

· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
