- Monday-Thursday: 7:15AM-4:30PM & Friday: 7AM-11AM
- $16/hr
- Temp to Hire
- Complete assignments and product inspections as assigned by the Quality Lead Inspector and/or Quality Supervisor.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with production operators and Area Leads.
- Maintain a team player mentality, a positive attitude.
- Audit operator production and paperwork procedures and ensure up to date certification on tools.
- Audit operator process procedures and report any suggestions on continuous improvement within the area.
- Maintain a constant attention to detail.
- Adhere to the 6S organizational process daily.
- Remain current on training requirements and certifications required to perform inspections and assignments.
- Work closely with the Engineering Department to verify all updated prints, documents and revisions.
- Be willing to work overtime and the occasional weekend to meet customer demand.
- Perform any other task or assignment as assigned by the Quality Lead, Quality Supervisor, and/or Quality Manager.
- This position is an hourly pay structure and is based on skill level and experience in this description.
- Report any safety hazard and incident immediately to the appropriate department and first responder team if necessary.
