Triman Industries Inc is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Morristown, NJ

Important Duties:

  • Contract/Order Entry, Item Entry
  • Create, review and send Purchase Order to Suppliers
  • Confirm receipt and acknowledgement of Purchase Orders with Suppliers
  • Review Purchase Orders as needed
  • Expedite delivery of products with Suppliers
  • Communicate order status to customers
  • Troubleshoot problematic order
  • Assist with responding to phone calls and emails as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Internal Interactions with all levels of office and warehouse staff
  • External Interactions with government representatives and suppliers

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 3 years of business administrative experience
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Military background preferred but not required
  • Consistent, extreme attention to detail is required
  • Solid phone skills and mannerisms
  • Strong math, reading, analytical, problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, EXCEL, etc.)
