Trilogy Innovations is seeking a Senior Business Owner to support our federal customer located in Clarksburg, WV. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team, while taking part in a multi-year initiative to modernize our federal customer's large-scale IT systems. This role requires at least a Secret Security Clearance, and primary work location is onsite at customer facility located in Clarksburg, WV. 

High-level objects include, but are not limited to the following:

• Migrate all current-system functionality from the mainframes and operate within a cloud-based environment (AWS GovCloud)
• Incorporate modern name search capabilities.
• Expand image handling to accept larger files and support additional file formats, such as PDF.
• Transition investigative search to Elasticsearch, providing a faster response and report creation time for law enforcement.
• Build new services to follow a microservices architecture and run within containers using the OpenShift platform.
• Transition database functionality from IBM DB2 to the appropriate cloud data store.
• Update NIEM schemas and IEPDs to allow agencies to use updated functionality and speed up the dot-delimited message format retirement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Government business owners, who are ultimately responsible for business outcomes, to ensure alignment, availability, and performance of contractor resources within the Agile Release Train.
• Eliminate impediments and assist in the coordination of resources within the contractor organization.
• Actively participate in all SAFe ceremonies, in concert with Government Business Owners, to facilitate cohesiveness, alignment on vision, and relentless improvement within the ART leading to optimal value delivery.
• Embody lean agile leadership qualities and adherence to SAFe Core Values
• Seek opportunities to employ Business Owner roles and responsibilities, as described by the SAFe framework, within the contractor sphere of influence which contributes to optimization of overall ART execution.
• Serve as the direct liaison to the Government Business Owners and is responsible for the management of all of the personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of work experience.
• Active Tier 3 Secret clearance.
• SAFe Program Consultant certification is preferred.
• Reflect the individual’s experience in developing new technical solutions and leading multi-team efforts responsible for the successful operational and continuous advancements of system services and capabilities.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, continuous integration and development, automation pipelines, microservices, and secure applications.
