Trillium Staffing has immediate openings for Accounting Clerks to work with a local healthcare company.
Accounting Clerks will perform a variety of duties to help support the accounting department.
- Checking bank accounts online daily.
- Updating activity in Excel checkbooks.
- Depositing checks through a check scanner.
- Updating cash posting spreadsheets.
- Entering positive pay in bank websites.
- Creating and posting journal entries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required with some college courses preferred.
- Experience with accounting and/or bookkeeping required.
- MS Office knowledge with high level Excel experience
