Job Summary:

As a processing worker or packer, you will be taking care of packing our egg cartons into boxes or pallets. The main responsibilities are: packing the eggs, inspect dates, make boxes, and put correct labels on them, among others. Work is subject to general supervision through inspections and review of results of work.

Essential Job Functions:

• Packing Eggs
• Inspecting dates
• Making boxes
• Labelling correctly
• Stacking boxes
• Working at fast pace
• Labelling correctly
• Transport finished pallets into cooler using electric pallet truck.
• Properly wrap all finished pallets and place in proper area to await shipment.
• Be able to keep accurate counts and inventory of product going into the cooler.
• Ensure proper housekeeping in your work area.
• Always comply with all safety rules and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Be able to work in a changing environment
• Be dependable
• Possess good communication skills
• Have reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform all job duties of the position. Must be able to reach, bend, twist and lift above the head. Also, must be able to work in various climate conditions.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
