Job Summary:

The Feed Mill Building & Grounds Keeper will be responsible for following housekeeping schedules daily to maintain the facility and surrounding grounds.

Essential Job Functions:

• Learn the material flows for receiving ingredients, reclaiming, and grinding corn and the flow of ingredients through mixing and routing finished feed.
• Performs duties according to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Assists with corn bin cleaning throughout the year in preparation for the new harvest
• Inspects daily Feed Mill Building and Grounds Keeper logs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintains compliance to all internal/external feed safety and site safety policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Promotes a culture consistent with Trillium's Guiding Principles and Core Values
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Able to lift 60lb repeatedly.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights up to 185 feet.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Able to pass a respirator exam for respirator use.
• Good attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Honest and responsible with a desire to work together as a member of the feed team. Strong communication skills.
