Major Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical management of all accounts by generating new business opportunities from both existing and new business relationships. This extrovert, energetic individual will create a strong relationship with current customers and build an active opportunity pipeline through customer interactions to exceed revenue goals.

Specific Duties:

• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and expand sales potential.
• Continuously update and employ the CRM (salesforce.com) in all sales-related activities.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales plans.
• Build strong relationships with your accounts and increase the business brand awareness within the market.
• Manage and build a strong Short/Medium/Long term opportunity pipeline to reach your quarterly goals.
• Interact effectively with customers and partners through diverse selling efforts, including video conferences, face-to-face visits, calls and social media interactions.
• Participate in tradeshows and customer seminars, as needed.
• Gain a strong technical understanding of our products content with the goal of cross-selling the three product-line.
• Provide pricing and quotations, including custom manufactured products according to the pricing guidelines and SOP.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships and communication with employees across all functions.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a life sciences related discipline. Experience: At least 2 years of inside sales experience, field sales, or related industry experience.
• Skills: Superior customer service and oral/written communication skills, including strong negotiation skills. Strong interest in cell biology/drug discovery and various industry platform knowledge. Strong problem-solving and analytical ability,
