Responsibilities:
· to provide care and service to the oxygen patients at our accounts
· to do PAP and Trilogy setups/ in-services and nocturnal sleep studies
· perform tracheotomy changes per schedule at assigned facilities
· perform in-services for tracheotomy care, respiratory treatment, suction machine usage, and more, when needed
· perform weekly visits to assigned facilities to ensure all respiratory services are up to date and patient care is given when needed for respiratory supplies and services
· report and document all respiratory services and supplies given at time of servicing patient
· complete all necessary paperwork (i.e., Equipment Request Forms) for Month End billing
· turn in a summary to each facility visited that week of services provided
· attend monthly meetings and help in other areas as needed
· maintaining of all company valuables including company issued vehicle and daily completion of Vehicle Inspection Report
Productivity may be measured by the following:
· timely completion of monthly paperwork
· the number of patients serviced per month
· quarterly reports by the supervisor, from the facilities, about the quality of service provided by the therapist and the number of pieces each RT/RA cleans
Qualifications:
· must be a registered or certified Respiratory Therapist
· must maintain current licensure as an LRT in the State of Colorado
· must be at least 21 years of age
· must be detail oriented and have good customer service skills
· must maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
· must be able to lift 20 lbs
· must be available for assigned hours and on-call shifts
· must be literate in Excel spreadsheets and basic e-mail.
