Summary: The Resident Services Support team member will flex between cleaning rooms and halls throughout the facilities as well as preparing and serving buffet style meals.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Summary: The Resident Services Support team member will flex between cleaning rooms and halls throughout the facilities as well as preparing and serving buffet style meals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in meal preparation and food service as indicated on the menu or as assigned.
- Always maintains a clean working environment.
- Responsible for cleaning kitchen, kitchen equipment, and all dishes, tables, and floors.
- Restocks and cleans beverage machines and condiments on a regular basis.
- Responsible for basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning and stocking bathrooms and other common areas.
- Assists in laundering employee clothing and work attire.
- Cleans storage rooms, bathrooms, offices, corridors, processing areas, and stairways.
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, and dusts furniture.
- Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empties and cleans wastebaskets, outdoor ashtrays and transports trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Cleans and replenishes bathroom supplies and replaces light bulbs.
- Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
- Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.
- Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
- Food Handler’s card; required within 30 days of employment.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or food service industry preferred.
- HS Diploma or equivalent (or degree, etc.)

The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee moves objects
