Title: Product and Technical Copywriter
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 2 Months contract (possibility for extension)
Type: W2 Contract
Responsibilities:
- Write copy for all digital website properties, including product and industry pages, campaigns, event sites, white papers, case studies, video scripts, and blogs.
- Create compelling headlines that clearly articulate our value.
- Maintain an approachable brand voice, take complex technology messaging, and turn it into jargon-free end-user copy.
- Research and understand product lines to portray them accurately on the site.
- Adapting messaging to each relevant audience and persona, and vehicle.
- Synthesis of complex topics, grammar, guideline adherence
- Optimize copy and metadata for on-page SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in digital content creation and SEO.
- 5-10 years of copywriting experience.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
- A portfolio that showcases both short and long-form copy, as well as proofreading experience.
- Conceptual, creative thinker who can translate complex technology into engaging, articulate content and messaging.
- Ability to adapt your writing style to different audiences and platforms.
- A self-starter, comfortable working with large cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and content management systems.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples across different mediums and industries.
