Responsibilities:_1. Practice Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow, patient satisfaction, and compliance with regulations.2. Staff Management: Supervise administrative and clinical staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.3. Financial Management: Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure the practice remains financially viable.4. Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care. Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and streamline processes. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.6. Technology Integration: Leverage technology to optimize practice efficiency and patient care delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend technological advancements as appropriate.7. On-Call Support: Provide on-call support every other weekend, responding to urgent issues or emergencies as needed. Be available to come on-site if required for callouts during weekends.8. Remote Work: Work remotely during off-site weeks, managing administrative tasks, conducting virtual meetings, and addressing any urgent matters as they arise.9. Medication prior authorization.10. Coordinating insurance authorization and timely shipment of injectable medications from specialty pharmacies.11. Keeps track of all patients in the practice receiving specialty injectable medications and dates of administration.12. Exporting clinical notes from AdvancedMD (MD, electronic health record) to PA Recovery Center.13. Tracking and collecting Patient balances including new Patient Financial Responsibility paperwork.14. Primary liaison between PA Recovery Center staff, AdvancedMD, and Tricounty Health and Wellness Center. Responds to correspondence.15. Invoices PA Recovery Center for stipend and uncovered services and goes to PA Recovery Center to do new Patient meeting and paperwork collection.
