**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction sites, ensuring quality control, oversee safety and managing project schedule.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities

- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are completing work on schedule

- Oversee construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling

- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site

- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications

- Conduct quality control inspections

- Communicate progress updates to project stakeholders

- Manage site project documentation including red line drawings and RFI site coordination

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in supervising construction projects. Concrete tilt panel experience is a plus

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, practices, and techniques

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints

- Proficiency in construction management software such as MS-Schedule, Primavera, Prolog, or ProCore

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Budgeting skills to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
