We're a leading commercial general contractor in Dallas, is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Superintendent to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of ground-up commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with commercial general contractors in the Dallas area and a deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise and lead subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing project needs.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce high-quality construction standards and conduct regular quality inspections. Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Communication: Foster open and effective communication with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Recent experience working as a Superintendent with a focus on ground-up commercial construction projects with a general contractor.

• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Dallas-based or willing to relocate to the Dallas area.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,814.52 - $130,733.61 per year
