Human Resources/Administrative Coordinator

  • Direct hire with full benefit
  • $55,000 – 65,000/yr.
  • Must have ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage experience

Requirements of the Title: Human Resources/Administrative Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 2 year of ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage system experience
  • HR experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attentive to detail and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to handle various miscellaneous tasks
  • Punctual and good at time management
  • Able to work efficiently independently, with minimal supervision

Responsibilities of the Title: Human Resources/Administrative Coordinator

Perform day to day HR related duties and administrative supports:

  • Payroll processing/reporting
  • Benefit administration
  • Employee relations
  • Other HR related assignments
  • Office operations/administrative support
  • Assist HR Manager on other tasks as assigned

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
