TriCom Quest is Hiring a Client Service Coordinator Near Jessup, MD

Client Service Coordinator at established international distributor.

· $60-70K commission

· Full benefit

· Monday – Friday 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. (Flex)

· English fluency with bilingual ability in Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese OR Spanish is highly preferred

· Related experience (Key account coordinator or similar) is required

Requirements of the Client Service Coordinator:

· Bachelor’s degree

· English fluency with bilingual ability in Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese OR Spanish is highly preferred

· At least 2 years experience as a key account coordinator, or related roles

· Experience and knowledge in EDI is a big plus

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills

· Proficient in MS Office (Strong Excel Skill is needed)

· Good phone manner and problem solver

· Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

· Detail oriented, organized, and strong with numbers

Responsibilities of the Client Service Coordinator:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Other related duties and administrative duties

Employment Type: Direct Hire – Exempt

Schedule: Monday – Friday 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. (start time flex between 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.)
