Job Description

As we are rapidly expanding, we are looking for a proficient System Engineer Office365/Azure who is responsible for daily monitoring, management, troubleshooting and issue resolution for critical business services like Active Directory, SSO, EndPoint mangement and Communication and Collaboration across the globe. Our company culture is lively and possesses a truly agile environment, modeling the same DevOps principles we are using to revolutionize the future of software testing for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of Office 365 Services: Exchange, SharePoint, EndPoint Management, OneDrive, Teams, …
• Working knowledge of Azure Services and Integrations
• User Administration (Active Directory, Azure)
• Ticket Triage and Issue Resolution
• Daily Monitoring and Alert Responses

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3 years in administering the hybrid O365/Azure infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments
• 1 years’ experience in designing and implementing O365/Azure robust and secure services
• 1 years’ experience in IT projects
• MS Certifications welcome

Competencies:

• Scripting (PowerShell)
• Strong Documentation and Communication Skills (Verbal/Written) in English
• Experience administering MFA (including OAuth Hard Tokens).
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skills
• Solid understanding of ITIL
• Solid understanding of project management
