Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Perform various nursing duties including specimen collection processing, diagnostic evaluation, gastric lavage, and more.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess their overall condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Cerner for efficient patient management.
- Assist in specialized areas such as mammography or assisted living facilities.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [VA].
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient in medical documentation using ICD-9 codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience working in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
