Tribe Collective, located in Okemah, Oklahoma, is an outdoor MMJ farm. We are looking for a motivated individual to work on our farm as a Metrc clerk. MMJ related job experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone that can make a difference. Communication is essential.
Job description
· This position involves METRC inventory management and ensures that all steps of the METRC compliance processes are met on site.
Responsibility
· Accurately collecting and entering data into METRC, the inventory management system, and other computerized databases.
· Count/ Metrc tag all plants in greenhouses/light dep and fields.
· Will work closely with assistant manager in fields and irrigation to map out planting information and organize it on excel spreadsheet by strain/row/plant count.
· Works closely with Metrc compliance team as well as assistant manager of cultivation and staffing to lead Metrc tagging team for outdoor season.
· Works as lead in receiving area responsible to record wet weights as well oversee Metrc package tagging for fresh frozen, and logs associated.
· Hands on daily tasks that contribute to overall plant health include defoliating/trellis/cloning/transplanting/plant placement/fan placement/light placement.
· Identifying and escalating any discrepancies to team leadership.
· Monitoring, organizing, and responding to emails.
· Transferring data from paper formats into a database system.
· Working closely with multiple departments in the company (Cultivation, Production, Field and Irrigatin) to gather the necessary information needed to properly record.
Attributes

· Ability to lift 15lbs or more.

Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal
Salary: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
