Tribal Waters Custom Pools is seeking out a top notch General Manager who can take us to the next level and grow our company. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is excited by the challenge of a dynamic position based on our company’s future growth. We want someone that can hit the ground running so experience in the pool industry is a must.

Tribal Waters has been a Premier Pool Builder in Arizona and is continuously growing. Tribal Waters constructs both residential and commercial swimming pools along with pools remodels, splash pads, landscape, hardscape, service and maintenance.

Position Overview:

Based in the Phoenix office, this position is for a General Manager to oversee the development and implementation of the business objectives, policies, and strategic plans. The General Manager provides leadership to ensure positive and profitable relationships with all external parties including customers, vendors, and subcontractors. The General Manager manages the effective implementation and execution of processes and plans to increase the growth of the company and achieve both short and long-term financial and operational objectives. Also responsible for developing staff and driving sales throughout greater Phoenix, you will motivate, train, and support the sales staff while working closely with the first-line managers to achieve their goals and also ensure that all teams within a unit are functioning well to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Experience/Qualifications:

Must have swimming pool industry experience.
