Travel required within territoryResponsibilities:Overall responsibility for P&L. Responsible for hiring and training for all positions in your division.Ensure high level of customer service for our clients.Coordinate with other GMs for accounts that cross territories to ensure consistent customer experience.Developing Objectives and Strategies - Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them. Develop performance measures that support the organization`s strategic goals.Manage Service & Installation manager to ensure job profitability and accuracy.Ensure Salesforce sales pipeline is being kept up to date.Work with DS chemical management to ensure chemical team is providing proper service and support to our customers.Evaluate other purchases/vendor to determine primary options coordinated with the purchasing team to maximize profitabilityResolve elevated customer service issues/complaints.Ensure processes are in place and documented procedures for providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets and forecasts.Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates - Providing guidance, training and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance on a frequent basis.Includes conducting regular meetings with your office staff & supervisors and identifying staffing needs, interviews, hires and training staff.Succession Planning - Identify top performers and formalize specific development plans by empowering, coaching and motivating them.Demonstrate Enthusiasm - Enthusiastic Managers are committed to their goals and express this commitment through optimism.Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.Lead by example, evaluating departmental workload requirements and staying late when needed.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Sales Experience 5 yearsManagement Experience 5 Car Wash Experience 3 years preferredExperience with managing a CRM system required (Sales Force preferred)High School Diploma/GED required4 Year Degree preferredSonny's Enterprises is the world's largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, parts, and supplies.
