Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

Duties:

- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

-Review orders, checking for accurate information to invoice customers and/or pay drivers (repetitive data entry required daily)

- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

- Process invoices and payments

- Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, or other accounting software

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

-Accounting degree is a plus (not required)

Pay: $17.67 - $19.26 per hour
