About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant Fuel Manager. In this
role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth opera�on of our fuel department, suppor�ng the
Fuel Manager, and providing excep�onal customer service to our members and the community.
Responsibili�es:

• Assist the Fuel Manager with all aspects of fuel opera�ons, including:

o Ordering and receiving fuel deliveries
o Managing fuel inventory levels
o Scheduling fuel deliveries to members
o Maintaining accurate records and reports
o Performing inventory reconcilia�on
o Ensuring compliance with all safety regula�ons

• Provide excellent customer service to members and the community, including:

o Opera�ng fuel pumps and dispensing fuel
o Answering ques�ons about fuel products and services
o Processing payments and resolving customer concerns
o Maintaining a clean and professional environment

• Perform other du�es as assigned, including:

o Assis�ng with maintenance and repairs of fuel equipment
o Par�cipa�ng in safety training and mee�ngs
o Contribu�ng to the con�nuous improvement of the fuel department
