Sales Associate

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Skills:
- Technical sales experience, preferably in wireless or technology sales
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of electronics and ability to explain technical features to customers
- Bilingual (SPANISH) skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
