Triad is looking for a candidate that is responsible for facilities, and preventative maintenance throughout our production and warehouse facilities.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
• Function in various work environments to which assigned throughout the facility.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Effectively manage time, coordinate with Maintenance manager, follow direction, and work in a team environment.
• Ability to adhere to all Company and Industry Standards for Safety.
• Read, understand, use diagrams, sketches, schematics, blueprints, operations manuals, and manufacturer's instructions for troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform inspection, preventative maintenance, repair of facility and production equipment.
• Experience in industrial equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
• Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Experience working in Manufacturing/Production.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Demands:

• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions
• Regular exposure to cold and hot temperatures.
• Required to stand, walk, climb, kneel, bend, for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work overtime, and eventually be able to open and close buildings as needed.
