Locally owned, Private Insurance Agency & Brokerage is looking for an exceptional individual who is licensed and has insurance experience.
If you are looking for a change from a large out-of-town broker, we may be what you are looking for! Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide overall Customer Support
- Respond to incoming calls and emails
- Answer questions
- Process orders
- Provide insurance quotes
- Mitigate service problems to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Individual(s) must be licensed to be considered
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task
