Tri-State Occupational Medicine, Inc. (TSOM) is looking for nurse practitioner to join their group to perform disability evaluations at their MI locations. 2- 4 days per month. No treatment is recommended or performed. No call, no weekends and no emergencies. Training and all administrative needs including scheduling, transcription, assisting, and billing are provided. Must have current MI license. Prefer 2 years of experience and background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine. Salary has a guarantee of $600/day with the potential of $900/day. There is some travel and possible overnights. Expenses reimbursed. TSOM has an excellent reputation for providing Consultative Evaluations for numerous state disability offices.
