Our medical practice seeks front office and back office Assistants. We will NOT review applications from candidates without at least 3 years medical office and EMR experience. You will be trained to fulfill both medical receptionist duties as well as medical assistant functions. Back office duties include sending medications, administering injections and treatments like TMS/spravato, collecting specimen for lab testing. Previous IV experience will make you a competitive candidate for this position. To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional organizational and computer skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well in a busy, fast-paced medical practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
